The community, on Reddit
We run a help community on Reddit: r/MyEnhancedTeacher.
It is open to teachers and parents, never to pupils: Reddit requires users to be 13 or over, and this space is for the adults around the child. Ask a question, report a bug, suggest a feature or share a lesson — and the answers come from the publisher, under an account flagged as such.
Do not post any pupil data there. No names, no photos, no marked work, no personal data about a child. Anonymise before you post.
Schools
Questions about the Schools Edition, invoicing or Apple School Manager deployment go through the same form: choose the “Schools Edition” subject and give the name of the school.
Frequently asked questions
Is the app free?
Yes, and it is not a trial. The app downloads free, and every lesson for your child's school year is open for the 7 days after it is published, with at least one new lesson every weekday. Also free: each lesson's quiz while the lesson is open (from age 8), your teacher's quizzes, experience points and badges, importing from your photos, and exchanging content with a teacher, publishing and receiving alike. A paid subscription adds the whole library, every school year rather than only your own, every lesson quiz, a teacher's full history beyond each item's 7 open days, and no ads. The yearly plan also includes one illustration request a day.
Which devices does it work on?
iPhone, iPad, Mac and Android. The Mac app comes from the same App Store listing as the iPhone one, so you never pay twice; the Android version is on Google Play.
Do I need an account?
Not to start. The app only asks who you are — parent, teacher or student — and the child's school year. An account becomes useful if you want to sync content across devices, or, as a teacher, share with a class.
My child is under 13. What happens to their data?
A child under 13 can only use the app through a parent account. We do not collect their email address, we show no targeted advertising, and you can request deletion of their data at any time through the contact form.
How does the teacher code work?
A teacher generates a code in the app and gives it to their students. Families enter it once and then receive the visuals the teacher publishes. Receiving content through a teacher code is free, and will stay free.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are handled by Apple, not by us. Open Settings on your device, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and select Mon Prof Augmenté. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for.
How do I request account deletion or a copy of my data?
Use the form below, giving the address on the account. We handle deletion requests within 30 days and can provide an export of your content.
I found a mistake in a lesson.
Please tell us — it genuinely helps. Send the lesson title and what is wrong through the form below. Lessons are reviewed, but they are produced in volume and an error can slip through.
