1. What this is

Mon Prof Augmenté is an educational app published by Sylvain Corvaisier. It provides illustrated lessons, quizzes and sharing tools for teachers, parents and students.

2. Accounts and profiles

Teachers and parents must be 18 or over. A student aged 13 or over may have their own profile. A child under 13 uses the app through a parent account, and the parent remains responsible for that use.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity carried out from your account.

3. Subscriptions

The app is free to download and offers paid subscriptions. Subscriptions are managed and billed by Apple, renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and are cancelled from your Apple device settings, not from inside the app.

4. Content

Your content is yours. You keep your rights in what you create or import. You grant us only the technical licence needed to store and display that content within the service, and to deliver it to the people you choose to share it with.

AI-generated content. Some visuals are produced by an AI model. Despite our checks, generated content can contain an inaccuracy. These are teaching aids, not reference sources: check them before using them in class. Report any error through the contact form.

Shared content. By publishing content to other users, you confirm you hold the rights to it and that it is suitable for a school audience.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the service to produce or distribute illegal, hateful, sexually explicit or age-inappropriate content, attempt to access other people’s accounts, circumvent technical limits, or scrape the service at scale.

We may suspend an account that breaks these rules.

6. Availability and liability

The service is provided “as is”. We work to keep it available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Our liability will not exceed the amounts you have paid us in the preceding twelve months.

Nothing here limits the rights the law gives you as a consumer.

7. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time and request deletion of your account through the contact form.

8. Changes

These terms may change. Significant changes will be announced in the app or by email. The last updated date appears at the top of this page.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Failing an amicable resolution, the French courts have jurisdiction.
