Muddy Obstacle Course
Open to everyone until Thursday, October 1
To keep it, print it while it is open.
An obstacle course has walls, nets, and beams to climb, cross, and balance on. Practising it helps your body keep going and your mind stay steady when you feel tired or scared.
In the picture
- Rope net: knotted ropes for climbing with hands and feet
- Balance beam: a narrow plank for walking without falling
- Wooden wall: a tall plank barrier for pulling yourself over
Examples
- Climbing a rope ladder at a playground
- Balancing along a low wall or curb
Key takeaways
- Endurance grows when you keep moving a little longer each time.
- Balance and courage get stronger with safe practice.
