From Seed to Flower

A seed lies hidden under the soil. First it pushes out a tiny root that drinks water from the ground, then a stem rises into the light with two small leaves on top. Little by little the stem grows taller, more leaves appear, and right at the top the flowers open. It is the same plant all along, only bigger.
