A little seed wakes up in the soil and grows a root and a shoot. The plant grows big, makes flowers, and then makes new seeds inside pods.
Examples
- A bean you plant in a pot grows into a plant that makes new beans.
- A sunflower grows from a seed and makes lots of new seeds in its big flower.
Key takeaways
- Seed, little plant, flower, new seeds: that is the order.
