3. Children's Privacy (COPPA)
Mon Prof Augmenté is intended for children ages 4-18 under parental or teacher supervision.

- Child profiles are created and managed by a parent or teacher
- Optional PIN code to protect parent/teacher profile access
- Parental control over AI content creation access
- No advertising or in-app purchases accessible to children
- AI-generated content filtered to be age-appropriate
4. How We Use Your Data
We use your data to:
- Provide and improve App functionality
- Sync your content across devices (via iCloud)
- Enable content sharing between teachers
- Generate personalized educational content via AI
- Manage your Premium subscription
- Send notifications (if authorized)

5. Data Sharing
5.1 Third-Party Services
- Apple: subscription and payment management via App Store
- iCloud: data synchronization (optional)
- OpenRouter/Google Gemini: AI content generation (anonymized prompts only)
5.2 User-to-User Sharing
- Teachers can share content with other teachers
- Teachers can share content with students via a code
- Sharing is always voluntary and user-controlled
5.3 We Never Sell Your Data
Your personal data is never sold, rented, or traded to third parties for commercial purposes.
6. Subscriptions and Purchases
Mon Prof Augmenté offers Premium subscriptions managed exclusively by Apple:
- Weekly subscription: automatic renewal every week
- Yearly subscription: automatic renewal every year
- AI Credits: one-time purchase, never expires
💳 Payment Information
All payments are processed by Apple. We never have access to your credit card or payment information. To manage subscriptions, use your Apple Account settings.
7. Data Storage and Security
- Data stored locally on your device (protected by iOS)
- Optional sync via iCloud (Apple encryption)
- Secure servers in Europe for shared data
- Encrypted HTTPS connections
- Hashed passwords (never stored in plain text)
