Animals live in the place that suits them best, and the world has many different places to live. In a rainforest it is warm and wet, so tall trees grow close together and a toucan and a monkey can climb and find food. In a tundra it is snowy and freezing, so a polar bear and a snowy owl wear thick white coats to stay warm and hidden. On a dry, sunny savanna the giraffe, zebra and elephant walk across the tall grass, and under the ocean the water is the home of fish, a turtle and a dolphin.
