1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Mon Prof Augmenté application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the App.

If you are using the App on behalf of a child, you accept these terms on their behalf and are responsible for their use.

2. Description of Service

Mon Prof Augmenté is an educational application that allows you to:

• Create and view illustrated educational content
• Generate educational visuals using artificial intelligence
• Share content between teachers and with students
• Track progress with a gamification system
• Sync content across Apple devices

3. User Accounts

3.1 Profile Types

• Teacher Profile: requires email verification, enables content sharing
• Parent Profile: can create and manage child profiles
• Child Profile: created and supervised by a parent or teacher

3.2 Your Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information during registration
• Protect access to your account
• Supervise children's use of the App
• Report any unauthorized access to us

4. Subscriptions and Payments

4.1 Available Plans

4.2 Payment Terms

• All payments are processed by Apple via the App Store
• Displayed prices include applicable taxes
• Payment is charged to your Apple account upon confirmation
• Subscription begins immediately after purchase

4.3 Free Trial

• The weekly subscription includes a 7-day free trial
• One free trial per Apple account
• Subscription starts automatically after trial unless canceled

4.4 Cancellation

• Cancel anytime in your Apple Account settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period
• You retain Premium access until the end of the paid period
• Purchased AI credits remain valid indefinitely

4.5 Refunds

Refunds are handled by Apple according to their policies. To request a refund, contact Apple Support via reportaproblem.apple.com.

5. User Content

5.1 Your Content

You retain all rights to content you create or import. By sharing content, you grant a non-exclusive license allowing other users to view and download that content.

5.2 Prohibited Content

You may not create, import, or share content that is:

• Illegal, harmful, or offensive
• Infringing on copyright or intellectual property rights
• Containing personal information of others without consent
• Inappropriate for young audiences
• Misleading or fraudulent
• Containing viruses or malicious code

5.3 Moderation

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms and to suspend accounts in case of repeated violations.

6. AI Usage

6.1 Content Generation

• Visuals are generated by artificial intelligence (Google Gemini)
• Results may vary and are not guaranteed
• Generated content is filtered to be child-appropriate

6.2 Limitations

• AI may produce inaccurate information - verify educational content
• Generation is subject to usage limits (weekly quota)
• Some requests may be rejected by safety filters

7. Intellectual Property

• The App and its original content are the property of Sylvain Corvaisier
• Trademarks, logos, and names are protected
• You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the App
• Unauthorized reproduction or modification is prohibited

8. Limitation of Liability

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Educational content is provided for informational purposes
• We are not responsible for user-created content
• Our liability is limited to the subscription amount paid

9. Service Modifications

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the service at any time. In case of substantial changes to Premium features, subscribers will be notified.

10. Termination

• You may stop using the App at any time
• We may suspend or delete your account for Terms violations
• Upon termination, you lose access to Premium features
• Your data may be deleted after termination (see Privacy Policy)

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, we favor amicable resolution. Failing that, French courts shall have jurisdiction.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be notified via the App. Continued use after modification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Miscellaneous

• If any provision is found invalid, the others remain enforceable
• Our failure to enforce a violation does not constitute a waiver
• These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us
